Whom We Recruit
Our IT staffing company provides direct placement services for every industry. We recruit professionals from all over the country with a wide range of different experience levels. This includes city-based, regional-based, and remote workers (within the U.S.).
While many companies focus on several different industries (e.g. industrial and clerical and STEM, etc.), ours focuses solely on IT staffing. This has allowed us to build a team that includes technologists with years, even decades, of experience. They know how to understand our clients’ unique needs and find the professionals who can meet them. Focusing on becoming the best with just one field has allowed us to accomplish this goal.
Our company also employs a number of experienced HR professionals. So while the IT side knows what to look for in candidates, our HR specialists understand what’s required to get them hired and working for our clients right away.
If you’ve worked with an IT staffing company before and were disappointed by the applicants they presented, this is probably because that agency only looked at “active candidates” (i.e. those who are actively looking for a new job).
This greatly limits the number of potential candidates.
That’s why we look at “passive” candidates, too. The perfect person for your job may already have one but would be more than happy to join your company if they knew you were hiring. We’ll make sure you don’t miss these kinds of opportunities.
Finally, we vet potential candidates so we only present our clients with those who are looking for a career. We want to make sure you don’t have to deal with high turnover because you hired someone who was just looking for a job or some quick temporary work.
